How to Order from Greens and Goods

To order, you must be 19+ and reside in Canada.

  1. Shop – Scroll through our selection and add the products you would like to purchase by clicking “add to cart”
  2. Check out – When you are ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart icon located in the top right corner (web browser) or the bottom of the screen (mobile), and you will be redirected to your cart page.
  3. Login and register – When checking out, you will need to login with your email address and password. If it is your first time purchasing you will be required to create an account.
  4. Accept terms and conditions – Once you have filled in all required fields, accept the terms and conditions, and click place order.
  5. Payment – You will receive an email with your order number and instructions on sending out an Interac e-transfer. Orders will be shipped after the e-transfer has been accepted.
  6. Track your package – Your order will be processed the following business day after the transfer is accepted. You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as it is shipped.
Your Payment

As we are a bulk MOM, products are shipped in larger quantities. We offer FREE CanadaPost XpressPost Shipping on orders $200+. If you opt for Priority Shipping, we can provide this service at an extra charge. Priority shipping is not available in all regions, so feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.

After placing your order you have 72 hours to send your payment. If there has been no payment after 72 hours, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping Policies

We use Canada Post XpressPost.

No, we only ship within Canada.

Each parcel will contain a vacuum sealed order. Your name will be printed on the address shipping label and there will be no affiliation to our business. If you are concerned with identifying the package, you can ensure it is from Greens & Goods via your tracking number.

With Canada Post XpressPost, standard shipping is 2-3 business days. However, delivery can take up to 7 business days. If you would like to request priority shipping, please email us at [email protected] and we can provide this service at a charge.

*Until further notice, Canada Post has removed all shipping time guarantees. Package delivery may experience delays due to the COVID-19.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you and you can track it at

To prevent theft, a signature will be required on all packages.

Shipment through Canada Post and payment through interac e-transfer ensures that your purchase and privacy is protected.

Unfortunately, Canada Post provides an expected delivery time but does not guarantee the delivery date. Once your order has been shipped, all delivery dates (or delays) are based on Canada Post’s schedule. If there are any concerns regarding your package, please email us at [email protected] and we will personally contact Canada Post.

Issues With Orders

Only consumers who are 19+ and residing in Canada are able to purchase medical marajuana on site. You are not required to have a medical card to place an order.

If your order has been placed at the end of the week (i.e. on a Friday) your order will be in our queue and processed the next business day. We strive to have all orders processed within 1-2 business days but if your order is still being processed after 2 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. Please be advised, tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update and up to 72 hours on the weekend. 

You cannot cancel or change your order once it has been shipped. If you would like to cancel or change your order while your order is still on hold or processing, please email us at [email protected]. Please include your order number with the email.

Yes, you must create an account and confirm that you are of eligible age.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds. Please reach out and provide us with your concerns and reasons, as well as any evidence that you think supports your position. We will review and respond but it is fully up to our discretion.

Yes. As a bulk MOM, your security and privacy is our #1 priority. Information regarding your email, password, and payment is fully secure. 

All personal information created, held or collected by Greens & Goods is protected under the Privacy Act

The purpose of this Act is to extend the present laws of Canada that protect the privacy of individuals with respect to personal information about themselves and provide individuals with a right of access to that information.
